กฎระเบียบใหม่เกี่ยวกับพัสดุที่นำเข้าที่ประเทศไทย สำหรับสินค้าประเภทกระดาษและบรรจุภัณฑ์กระดาษที่ใช้สัมผัสอาหาร มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป

บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า สำหรับสินค้าประเภทกระดาษและบรรจุภัณฑ์กระดาษที่ใช้สัมผัสอาหาร เช่น (เช่น กล่องกระดาษ ถ้วยกระดาษ)

1. ผู้ส่งแบบ B2C / C2C ❌ ไม่สามารถนำเข้าได้ หากพัสดุเข้าประเทศไทย สินค้าจะถูก Abandon (ทิ้ง) ทันที
2. ผู้ส่งแบบ B2B สามารถนำเข้าได้ แต่ต้องดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ได้แก่

• มีใบอนุญาตนำเข้าจาก TISI ผ่านระบบ NSW
• สินค้าต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน TISI No. 3438-2565
• เตรียมเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น ข้อมูลสินค้า วัสดุ และ Certificate of Analysis / Test Report
• ดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากรและสำแดงผ่านระบบ NSW

กรณีไม่มีใบอนุญาต สินค้าอาจถูกกัก ตีกลับ หรือละทิ้ง และหากถูกพิจารณาละทิ้งจะมี ค่าธรรมเนียม 15,000 บาท เรียกเก็บจากผู้ส่ง

หมายเหตุ: กฎระเบียบนี้มีผลกับพัสดุที่ถูกพิจารณา ตีกลับจากต่างประเทศ หรือ กรณีที่ผู้ส่งขอตีกลับพัสดุจากต่างประเทศมายังประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ซึ่งในส่วนของการทำส่งออก ยังคงสามารถดำเนินการทำส่งออกได้ตามปกติ

New Regulations for Importing Paper and Paper Packaging Used in Food Contact into Thailand

Effective from 19 August 2026 onwards

The Company would like to inform you of the new regulations regarding the importation of paper and paper packaging intended for food contact, such as paper boxes and paper cups, into Thailand.

1. B2C / C2C Shipments

❌ Importation is not permitted.

If the parcel arrives in Thailand containing such products, the goods will be abandoned immediately.

2. B2B Shipments

B2B shipments may be imported, provided that the following requirements are met:

• An import license from TISI must be obtained through the National Single Window (NSW) system.
