FastShip อัพเดตบริการใหม่! สำหรับส่งพัสดุแบบด่วน “Express” ไปอเมริกา จะมีเทอมขนส่งให้เลือกได้เอง ดังนี้
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) : ผู้ส่งจะเป็นผู้ชำระค่าภาษีเอง
- โดยค่าธรรมเนียมทั้งหมดจะครอบคลุมอย่างสมบูรณ์ หากข้อมูลที่แจ้ง เช่น ชนิดสินค้า ปริมาณ และมูลค่า ตรงกับการจัดส่งจริง ทั้งนี้ หากลูกค้าแจ้งมูลค่าหรือปริมาณต่ำกว่าความเป็นจริง (under declare) ศุลกากรอาจเรียกเก็บค่าภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวทั้งหมด
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) : ผู้รับปลายทางเป็นผู้ชำระภาษี
โดย เอเจ้นท์จะแจ้งไปที่ผู้รับปลายทาง ให้ทำการชำระภาษี ก่อนนำส่งพัสดุ
- อากร/ภาษีศุลกากร จะไม่ได้ถูกรวมเรียกเก็บก่อนการส่งออก แต่จะเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้รับปลายทางและผู้ส่งโดยตรงในการชำระเมื่อสินค้าถึงประเทศปลายทาง
- หากผู้รับปลายทางไม่ชำระภายใน 3 วันทำการนับจากวันที่มีการแจ้งเรียกเก็บภาษี ผู้ส่งจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าภาษีและอากรหรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมด
- หากผู้รับปลายทางหรือผู้ส่งไม่ได้ชำระค่าภาษีและอากร/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการต่างๆผ่านลิงก์ที่ฝ่าย Customer Service ส่งให้ภายใน 3 วันทำการ มีความเสี่ยงสูงที่สินค้าจะถูก Abandon (ถูกทิ้ง/ถูกริบ) หรือ Return (คืนของ)
- แม้ว่าสินค้าจะถูก Abandon หรือ Return แล้วก็ตาม ผู้ส่งยังคงต้องรับผิดชอบ ต่อการชำระค่าภาษีและอากร/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการต่างๆ ตามมูลค่าจริงที่ศุลกากรกำหนดและเรียกเก็บย้อนหลัง
- หากผู้ส่งค้างชำระค่าภาษีและอากร/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ เกิน 3,000 บาท บริษัทมีสิทธิ์ ระงับการใช้งาน บริการจนกว่าจะมีการชำระครบถ้วน
- คำแนะนำ: เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความเสี่ยงข้างต้น ควรชำระค่าภาษีและอากร/หรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการต่าง ๆ ตามที่แจ้งโดยทันที

Service Update – Express Shipping to the U.S.
You can now choose your preferred shipping terms:
1.DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) : Sender pays all duties and fees
- All charges will be fully covered, provided that the declared commodity, quantity, and value match the actual shipment. However, if the customer under-declares the value or quantity, customs may impose additional duties and fees, for which the customer (shipper) will be fully responsible.
2. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) : Receiver pays duties and additional fees upon arrival.
- Duties and taxes will not be collected prior to export. The consignee and/or the shipper are directly responsible for paying these charges upon arrival at the destination country.
- If the consignee does not pay the duties within 3 business days from the notice, the shipper will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and other charges.
- If the consignee or the shipper fails to settle the duties/taxes and/or related handling charges through the payment link provided by Customer Service within 3 business days, there is a high risk that the shipment will be Abandoned or Returned.
