บริษัทฯ ขอส่งกำลังใจถึงทุกท่านที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากอุทกภัยในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล บริษัทฯ ตระหนักดีว่าพัสดุทุกชิ้นมีความสำคัญต่อท่านและผู้รับปลายทาง จึงขอเรียนแจ้งผลกระทบต่อการให้บริการในขณะนี้ ดังนี้
การเข้ารับพัสดุในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล รวมถึงพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดที่ได้รับผลกระทบ
- บางพื้นที่ยังได้รับผลกระทบจากน้ำท่วม การเข้ารับพัสดุจึงอาจล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด
พัสดุคงค้าง ณ คลังสินค้า FastShip
- ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 กันยายน 2569 เกิดน้ำท่วมบริเวณทางเข้าคลังสินค้า บริษัทฯ จึงไม่สามารถนำพัสดุออกจากคลังได้ และเอเจนต์ขนส่งไม่สามารถเข้ารับพัสดุเพื่อส่งออกได้ ขณะนี้จึงมีพัสดุคงค้างเป็นจำนวนมาก พัสดุทั้งหมดยังอยู่ในความดูแลของบริษัทฯ เมื่อสถานการณ์คลี่คลาย บริษัทฯ จะเร่งจัดส่งตามลำดับโดยเร็วที่สุด
พัสดุที่ส่งมอบให้เอเจนต์แล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569
- เที่ยวบินขาออกจากประเทศไทยได้รับผลกระทบ และบางเที่ยวบินถูกยกเลิก พัสดุจึงอาจถึงปลายทางล่าช้ากว่าระยะเวลาปกติ
บริษัทฯ คาดว่าการให้บริการจะกลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติภายในสัปดาห์หน้า และจะติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ทราบต่อไป

Notice of Service Delays Due to Flooding
Dear Valued FastShip Customers,
We extend our sincere thoughts to everyone affected by the flooding in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces. We understand how important every parcel is to you and your recipients, and we would like to inform you of the current impacts on our services:
Pickup services in Bangkok, surrounding provinces, and other affected areas
- Some areas are still affected by flooding, so pickups may be delayed beyond their scheduled times.
Parcels held at the FastShip warehouse
- Since September 26, 2026, flooding at our warehouse entrance has prevented us from dispatching parcels. Our carrier agents have also been unable to collect parcels for export. As a result, a large number of parcels are currently held at the warehouse. All parcels remain safely in our care, and once conditions improve, we will dispatch them in order as quickly as possible.
Parcels handed over to agents from September 25, 2026
- Outbound flights from Thailand have been disrupted, and some have been cancelled. These parcels may therefore reach their destination later than usual.
