ประกาศสำคัญ : ห้ามจัดส่งสินค้าที่มีส่วนผสมของกัญชาหรือดอกกัญชาทุกชนิด

เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการของกรมศุลกากร ขอแจ้งว่า ห้ามนำเข้า ส่งออก ผ่านแดน หรือถ่ายลำสินค้าทุกประเภทที่มีส่วนผสมของกัญชา ดอกกัญชา หรือสารสกัดที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผ่านประเทศไทย โดยมีผลบังคับใช้ทันที

หากตรวจพบสินค้าดังกล่าว อาจส่งผลดังนี้

• ยึดและริบสินค้าโดยกรมศุลกากร
• ปรับ 30,000 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม (เศษของกิโลกรัมปัดขึ้นเป็น 1 กิโลกรัม)
• ผู้ส่งสินค้ารับผิดชอบค่าปรับ ค่าธรรมเนียม และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อาจมีการเรียกเก็บ Unlawful Drug Fee และค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
• อาจส่งผลต่อบัญชีผู้ใช้งานของท่าน รวมถึงสิทธิ์ในการใช้บริการของ FastShip

Important Notice

Prohibited Shipments Containing Cannabis or Cannabis Flowers

In accordance with the latest Customs regulations, the import, export, transit, or transshipment of any goods containing cannabis, cannabis flowers, or related extracts through Thailand is strictly prohibited, effective immediately.

Shipments found to contain prohibited substances may be subject to:

• Seizure and confiscation by Thai Customs.
• A customs fine of THB 30,000 per kilogram (any fraction of a kilogram is rounded up to the next full kilogram).
• The shipper being fully responsible for all fines, fees, and related expenses.
• Additional Unlawful Drug Fees and other charges imposed by the carrier.
• Potential impact on the shipper's FastShip account, including restrictions on account usage or service eligibility.
